Taught by Marta C Dehesa, Who in a practical way will speak to us from general concepts: moral and property rights, to defining the specific legal protection that authors have in the Intellectual Property Law for the simple fact of creating, even if we haven't signed a contract.

We will learn what the mandatory and inalienable clauses should be in commission or edition contracts, what are the abuses, frauds and illegalities that are most commonly presented to us for signature and how to use the budget as a tool for the prevention and defense of our rights.
