PICNIC _ ESDM 2025

The Madrid School of Design (ESDM), in collaboration with DIMAD, celebrates the next May 22 at 8:30 p.m. The Event “PICNIC_ ESDM 2025”, a performative and participatory experience that will take place in the Column Room of the Design Center, in Matadero Madrid.

Inspired by the relaxed and social atmosphere of a spring picnic, this meeting is a transformed space that simulates an exterior inside the emblematic building, becoming an environment where design and emerging creativity dialogue in a playful, open and innovative way.

Attendees will be able to enjoy a lively sample of projects carried out by students from the specialties of Fashion, Product, Graphic and Interior Design. The fashion garments will be exhibited in living models that will interact with objects and pieces from other disciplines, generating an interdisciplinary, collaborative and scenically immersive proposal.

“PICNIC_ ESD 2025” is conceived as an active experience in which the public not only observes, but also participates. Visitors are invited to bring their own blankets, seats or refreshments to join the festive and creative atmosphere of the event, in which young talent will be the main protagonist.

The Madrid School of Design (ESD) offers degree programs in Design with four specialties: Graphic, Fashion, Interiors and Product; as well as postgraduate programs such as the Master in Interactive Design and the Master in Commercial Space Design.
